Bachelor in Humanities (1983) and Law (1989). His academic education also includes Technical Insurance courses with institutions and companies in several countries, such as Insurance Producer in the Instituto Superior Tecnológico de Seguros, Eire (Reinsurance) Miami (1993), in Logos, Management in Insurance and Reinsurance, Venezuela (1993), in Munchener Re in Lima (1995), “Seguros de Instituciones Financieras”, among others. Bolivia (2001). He is also an expert in Commercial Law and ocassionally is the main speaker at Law School.

Mr. Osuna is a very reputable and experienced entrepreneur in the Insurance and Reinsurance Business.  His Insurance work experience starts in 1989 when he worked for Unicruz as National Commercial Manager, then he worked in Ciacruz Cia. de Seguros as Executive in the Comercial Division (1992), at Nacional de Seguros y Reaseguros as General Manager (1994).

Now he is a professor the Escuela Nacional de Seguros in Bolivia, and since 1995, he is the General Manager of HP Brokers S.R.L. and the President of OLSA RE BOLIVIA, among other activities.

Born in 1969 in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. She studied Systems Engineering (1990), Bachelor in Humanities (1987) and Insurance Broker as per Certificate issued by the Value, Pensions and Insurance Superintendence of Bolivia. She has taken several courses and seminars, amongst which are the “International Reinsurance” Bolivia (1994) remarkable, Course in “Reinsurance Formation” Sponsored by Olsa Reaseguros S.A. (1996), International Seminar in “Management of Insurance and Reinsurance” (1997), Seminar of “Engineering Risks” sponsored by Münchener Rück, Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and APESEG (1997) and the Seminar of “Aviation Insurance Formation” sponsored by Olsa Reaseguros S.A. (1997).  

Mrs. Méndez worked in the Banco Mercantil S. in the Foreign Commerce Division in 1992, in La Nacional de Seguros y Reaseguros S.A. as Insurance Chief Technical Department (1995) and at present she is the Technical Manager of HP Brokers S.R.L. She is now General Manager of OLSA RE BOLIVIA.

Bachelor in Human Resources (1977), Doctorate in Financial audit. (1982) and Magister in Finance (2002 Several courses in Finance and Administration Insurance, Seminar about new Tributary Code (2003).
Currently Mrs. Sandoval is member of the Board of Directors of the National School of Auditors, Departmental School of Auditors of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Inter American Association of Accountants and member of the Board of Directors Professional Association of Women Students.
Has participated in different forums and international seminars, representing Bolivia, as well as in many other domestic and international events.

Huge labor experience, in a first stage in different Financial Entities, as well as shareholder of S&L Audinex S.R.L. successful consulting company of Financial Services, which she manages since 1986.

Born in 1969, Bachelor in Humanities (1987) Licenced in Business Administration Universidad Gabriel Rene Moreno, at Santa Cruz Bolivia, (1994).

Her academic studies also include several courses in Insurance, Finance and Human Resources, amongst which are: The International Seminar of Property, Machinery Breakdown and Construction All Risk C.A.R. (1996), Seminar on Theory and Practice Analysis of the Insurance Entities' Law (1999), Seminar on Motivation and Group Work (1999), Seminar on New Tax Law (2003).

Mrs. Limpias has performed several operative audits, projects and marketing studies to Insurance Companies, as well as the creation and implementation of HP Brokers Insurance Brokers S.R.L., leader in the Bolivian Insurance Market. Mrs. Limpias is the Financial and Administrative Manager of H.P. Brokers since 1995. This gives her ample knowledge in insurance business. She is promoter shareholder of H.P. Brokers and an entrepreneur in the insurance and reinsurance business.

He was born in Chile, he is a Commercial Engineer specialized in Control Management, with more than fifteen years experience in insurance, Dino has participated in the process of creating two insurance companies; numerous studies complement his expertise in insurance, amongst others, we have “Advance Engineering Course” in Munich Re, “Property Subscription” in Mapfre Re and “Excellence in Service” in Snarch & Asoc.- Bolivia.

Dino was Chief of the Technical Area of Alianza Insurance Company, supervising several departments (Bolivia 1991-1996), Reinsurance Manager in Unicruz Seguros (Bolivia 1996-2000), Associate and Advisor in BioTec (Chile 2001-2003) MTL (Bolivia 2003-2005) AgroExportaciones (Bolivia 2005), he worked in the Commercial Area for C. Jesús Nazareno (Bolivia 2006), National Technical Assistant Manager in Latina Seguros (Bolivia 2006-2008) actually he is the Assistant Commercial Manager in Olsa Re -  Bolivia.

During his working experience he had responsibilities such as: elaboration of the organization manuals, procedures and responsibilities, design and develop of a Computing Platform, design and supervision of the policies for subscriptions, losses and reinsurance; design wording of the policies, develop rate plans; development and negotiation of the contractual reinsurance structure, negotiate and place facultative risks.  Dino participates in Management and Claims Committees.

During his teaching experience the taught Risk Administration Course Reinsurance for the IDEA Institute, Bolivia.

Born in  1966  in  Beni – Bolivia.  Bachelor in Human Resources (1984).  She has Proficiency Certificate in the English Language CBA  (1984).  Mistinga studied Systems Engineering (1988).  She attended several Insurance Courses and Seminars in Bolivia, such as:  Instituto Cooperativo de  Capacitación  “ Incoocap”  - 1977.    “Engineering Insurance” -  Itsemap  Chile in Sta. Cruz  1997.   “Introduction to Insurance”, by correspondence – Itsemap Chile , 1997.  “Seminar: Training in General Insurance” in  CIDESA 1998. 
“Estimate of Probable Maximum Losses VME”-  Itsemap Chile in Sta. Cruz 1998.  “ Financial Institutions Insurance” - ABA 2001.  Airnavigation Seminar – Latina Seguros Patrimoniales 2009.  She attended the “International Reinsurance Seminar” in  México, D.F. in Reaseguradora Patria S.A. - 2003.  

Mistinga worked as Chief in Computing in Corimexo  (1989- 1994) In CIDESA Internatinal Insurance and Reinsurance,  she was Chief of Computing Department (1994 -1996),  then she was appointed as chief of the Reinsurance Department (1996 -1999).  In Adriatica Insurance and Reinsurance Company she was the Chief of the Automatic and Facultative Reinsurance (1999-2008).  Actually she is the Commercial Executive in  Olsa  Re  Bolivia.
