	ALEJANDRO MARTINEZ		- CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD -

			Born in 1948, Specialized Studies at IPAE of Methods & Organization, Systems & Procedures, Industrial Relations, Data Electronic Procedures (1969 /1971). Studies at Escuela de Capacitación en Seguros of General Insurance Course (1969 / 1971), at Chubb Group of Companies New York & Hartford USA of Engineering Risks, Principles and Reinsurance Practices, Reinsurance Treaties Reinsurance (1972 / 1973), at Instituto de Desarrollo Organizacional IDO Venezuela of Planning, Systems & Procedures (1974 / 1975), at Kepner & Tregoe in Mexico S.A. of Problems & Decisions Analysis, Planning and Potential Problems Analysis (1975), at Instituto Universitario de Seguros IUS in Venezuela of Insurance Administration, Reinsurance Administration, Risks Administration (1976/ 1978) and at Instituto Superior Tecnológico en Seguros in Peru (1985 - Third Course).





	Mr Martinez is a most experienced insurance and reinsurance officer, having worked for 30 years as a very successful top manager in positions both in the insurance and reinsurance company and brokerage markets in several countries. He is very experience in al fields of risk management, treaty and facultative business and market. Additional working experience: Mr. Alejandro Martinez has worked for El Sol Compañia de Seguros Generales S.A. Peru (1972) Chief of the Marine Dept., for La Federación Compañía de Seguros C.A. – Venezuela (1973) as Assistant Subscriber, for C.A. de Corretaje Seguros CA – Venezuela (1975) as Accounts Manager, with Kepner, Tregoe & Asociados, Consultores de Gerencia - Venezuela (1976) as Associate Director, with AXA, C.A. de Corretaje de Seguros – Venezuela from (1978) as Attention to Clients Manager, with Sociedad Financiera FINALVEN S.A. – Venezuela (1979) as Operations Manager; for Grupo ROOTES S.A. – Venezuela (1979 / 1983) as Director & Vice- President, for El Sol Compañia de Seguros Generales S.A. - Perú (1993 / 1994) as Advisor to General Management; from (1991 / 1993) as Business & Reinsurance Manager and from 1988 to 1991 as Business Manager, for FIDENTIA Asesores y Consultores S.R.L. - Perú (1993 / 1994) as Director, for Olsa Re Corredores de Reaseguros S.A. - Peru and since 1994 to 1997 as General Manager and for La Union Compañia Nacional de Seguros S.A. - Ecuador since September 1997 up to 2003 as Administrative Manager acting as General Manager



	NELSON MARQUEZ		- PRESIDENT -

			Born in 1955, Accountant studies in Universidad Central. Has advanced several courses and seminars in insurance and reinsurance, given by ACTER & INS. Risk Administration in GURSA, Seminar of Technical insurance and Legal Liability in Munchener, Colombia. For more than thirty five years has had positions in the insurance field, with emphasis in reinsurance, has worked with la Nacional de Seguros S.A. and with Seguros Atlas S.A. in different positions amongst others the Technical Risks of the National Direction and in the Reinsurance Management. By his vast experience in the Colombian Insurance market, he is a well recognized person and his knowledge in different risks has been an elemental support in the placement of business for the company.









	ADRIANA SARMIENTO		- BUSINESS EXECUTIVE -

			Born in 1961. She is an Industrial Engineer, Universidad Autónoma de Colombia. Diploma in Technical and Economical Insurance Aspects of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, has attended many other Insurance and Reinsurance Courses and Seminars. She has 25 years experience in the insurance business. Her first insurance experience was in Aseguradora Colseguros in 1982 where worked for more than 10 years in Reinsurance and Insurance Areas. After Colseguros in 1996 she joined our company for a year. In 1997 she went to work for a major reinsurance broker in Colombia and then joined our company in 1998. She has knowledge in all insurance and reinsurance lines, such as property, financial, casualty and life insurance.
