Mr. Valceanu was born in 1963 in Bucharest. He is graduated from the Academy of Economic Sciences-Faculty of Management of Bucharest. He has attended many financial, insurance and marketing specialization seminars in Romania, Germany and Zurich, amongst which are: Reinsurance Workshop at Swiss Re - Zurich (2000), Accounting for Economic Agents, Romanian Banking Institute (1997), Credit Controlling and Pursuing, Romanian Banking Institute (1996).

His work experience includes Omniasig S.A, Reinsurance Division, as Underwriter (2003), EOS Risk Romania S.A. as Reinsurance Manager (2001-2003), ADAS Reinsurance Company as Head of Reinsurance Department (2000-2001), GARANTA Insurance & Reinsurance Company as Underwriter of General Insurance (1999-2000), BANCOREX as Credit Officer (1996-1999), ASTRA Insurance & Reinsurance Company as Underwriter, Inwards Business Reinsurance Department (1991-1995) and now as Reinsurance Manager of OLSA RE ROMANIA.

He has large experience in finance, corporate profits achievements and objectives, and is specialized in insurance and reinsurance business, with skills of organization and reinsurance programs at the best reinsurance terms and conditions available.

Born in 1978 in Romania. Graduated as Business Administrator in 2002 in the Economy Academy of Bucharest. Has performed several projects among which is the ROMANIAN RUGBY FEDERATION, where we worked as Public Relations Officer (2001-2002) and at MOORE STEPHENS RVA S.A. "Human Resourses and Financial and Moral Motivation" as Project Coordinator (2002-2003).

His working experience includes positions as Coordinator of the Press and Communication Division in Uniunea Fortelor de Dreapta (UFD) Politics Division (1997-2000), Press Coordinator in ASPEC Bucharest NGO (2000), Monitoring Supervisor in Media Image (2001), Special Projects Coordinator in IDENTITY Advertising Agency (2001-2002) and at present is in charge of the Public Relations Department and Business of OLSA RE ROMANIA.

Born in 1978 in Bucarest, Romania. Graduated in Law in the University Nicolae Titulescu, Romania (2002). Has excellent research and organizing abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills. English and French written and spoken.

Mrs. Lautarescu worked as Sales Officer in ROM-CAN Bucharest (1998) and since last year started working in OLSA RE ROMANIA as Legal Advisor. She is in charge of the Administration Department.
